Aside from addressing the specific financial management goals of our clients, TCMG’s prime objective is to increase the value of the real estate by assisting the Boards of Directors in maintaining and enhancing the physical appearance of the property at minimal expense.
Our approach to servicing the needs of our clients is to provide an operational team concept. The team consists of a Property Services Manager, Assistant Property Services Manager, Collections Coordinator, Transition Coordinator and Accounts Payable/Receivable Coordinator, all of whom work directly with the Board of Directors. Each team member specializes in a specific property management discipline but has a general knowledge of other areas and can assist as needed. In addition, there is also a Certified Property Manager with a broad management background assigned to direct the daily management functions of the property. To further ensure the continuity of service and response to the client, the Vice President of Client Services is available to step into any one of the service areas and resolve issues and/or problems in a timely manner.
In an effort to stay abreast of all governmental requirements, and present the best possible image for the community, TCMG has established an effective working relationship with local government and civic groups. TCMG was one of a few management companies invited to make a presentation at The Prince George’s County Councils Common Ownership Communities (COC) Task Force. The COC was established to evaluate and advise the county on issues that impact homeowner associations within Prince George’s County.
TCMG staff regularly participates in continuing education programs to enhance their technical and professional skills. TCMG sponsors in-house training, as well as training through the Community Associations Institute and other vendors, for its employees.
